We want you to love your purchase at Sunshine and Ski! Below are the details of our return and exchange policy:
In-Store Returns:
We offer exchanges or store credit for in-store purchases, with the exception of running shoes. All items must be in new condition with tags attached. Please ensure your items are returned within a week of purchase, and don’t forget to bring your receipt!
Online Orders:
For online purchases, returns and refunds are accepted within one month of the purchase date, as long as product is like new and still has the tags on! Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received at our store. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We're happy to assist you!
Running Shoes:
Running shoes may be returned for a refund, provided they have not been worn outside and are returned within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure the shoes are in original condition.
Final Sale:
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
