The Ampage Vol. 1 is Rossignol's beginner-to-progressing freestyle board, built for riders who want maximum fun at an approachable price. A soft twin flex, centered stance, and generous rocker profile make it forgiving enough to learn on and playful enough to keep coming back to — whether that's lapping the park, pressing boxes, or figuring out your first spins.

Shape & Camber
The AmpTek Auto-Turn profile runs a 70/30 rocker-to-camber blend for effortless turn initiation and a catch-free, playful feel. It's paired with a true twin freestyle shape — symmetrical flex, stiffer under the feet for pop and balance, softer through the waist for easy maneuverability. Flex comes in at a soft 3/10, which means it forgives mistakes instead of punishing them.

Turn Feel
A deep progressive sidecut helps the board initiate turns easily at slower speeds while still holding a line as you push it, so it grows with your riding as you progress.

Construction
The Wood 5620 (FSC-certified) core uses a single vertically-laminated wood species for durability and comfort at a friendly price point. The Rossitop 3 topsheet (TPU/ABS) adds vibration damping and long-term protection against dings and moisture.

Base
An Extruded 4400 base is low-maintenance and forgiving — easy to repair, holds up well without frequent tuning, and glides consistently in typical mixed conditions.
